This paper discusses Syria’s economic future after surviving the Syrian conflict, and the available options for business people in Syria, especially in the shade of destruction across the country which resulted in considerable infrastructural damage and lost and disrupted livelihoods. In addition to that, lack of market demand, a result of the flight, extreme poverty, and reduced purchasing power are other obstacles undercut Syria’s businesses.
