Strategies for enhancing women's protection: training programme held on 18 February 2015

This one-day training program was aimed at legal practitioners and civil society organisations working in the area of women's legal services or access to justice. The course considered how to implement Islamic jurisprudence into strategic litigation and courtroom strategies. Hauwa Ibrahim, Visiting Lecturer on Women’s Studies and Islamic Law at Harvard University, conducted the training.
