The West Asia-North Africa Institute is conducting a study to gain a deeper understanding of how governance functions in practice within Jordan’s youth and civil society sectors. The study examines how formal institutions, informal power structures, and evolving social dynamics influence participation, representation, and accountability.
The study engages with a wide range of stakeholders to capture how governance processes are experienced across different communities. It aims to shed light on the challenges and opportunities that shape civic engagement. The study will provide evidence-based recommendations to strengthen initiatives that foster meaningful participation and enhance trust between citizens and public institutions.
