The paper reflects on Jordan’s efforts to move from fragmented sectoral planning towards a more integrated approach to water, energy, food, and environmental governance. It highlights how institutional coordination, national planning, renewable energy integration, treated wastewater reuse, and climate-responsive policies can support resource security and resilience in water-scarce and climate-vulnerable contexts.
