Sara Abu Omarah is a social justice and human rights consultant specialized in legal mapping, legislative analysis, and policy research. She holds a master’s degree in the Anthropology of Peace and Human Rights from the University of Alabama at Birmingham as a Fulbright Scholar and a law degree from the University of Jordan. She has worked with research institutes, NGOs, and policy organizations on projects related to governance, refugee protection, advocacy, and civil society empowerment. Her research interests include the intersection of international human rights frameworks and local contexts, youth engagement in civil society, and the role of law in advancing social justice.
