This paper is part of a series of policy papers written by participants of the workshop “Promotion of Think Tank Work on Socio-Economic Reforms and the Impact of Regional Dynamics on Jordan” organised by the German Council on Foreign Relations’ Middle East and North Africa Program (DGAP) in the fall and winter of 2019, in cooperation with the West Asia-North Africa (WANA) Institute and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) in Amman.
The workshop aimed to strengthen the technical capacities of civil society actors in the region and the EU who are engaged in research and policy analysis and advice. It was realised with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office and the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations.
