Psychosocial Support Services and Their Impact on People with Hearing and Visual Disabilities and Their Families in Al Karak District

People with disabilities face a range of challenges, from societal exclusion to the perpetuation of harmful stereotypes. These issues can significantly impede their academic and practical development, often necessitating specialized local psychological and social support services. This paper examines the current status of psychological and social services available for individuals with hearing and visual impairments, as well as their families, in Al Karak District. It also evaluates these services' positive effects on their social and economic inclusion.
